Role Description We are hiring organized and motivated individuals to assist clients with coordinating travel plans and supporting booking processes in a flexible, remote-friendly environment. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with details, communication, and helping clients stay organized. In this position, you will work directly with clients to gather travel preferences, timelines, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, then assist with organizing itineraries and coordinating reservations. Responsibilities include confirming booking details, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
