The Job: We are recruiting for an entry-level Bilingual Health Services Representative. This role will coordinate information, services, and projects between departments. The position will also be responsible for supporting managers and clients in day-to-day activities. Recent college graduates and entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply! What You Will Be Doing As A Bilingual Health Services Representative: - Maintain rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts, researching and developing new services and methods, setting priorities, resolving problems - Act as liaison between associates and consultants to assist with all enrollment and benefit questions - Review enrollment systems and provide basic analysis for monthly reporting - Maintain suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives - Accurately enroll associates into benefit plans in benefit administration/payroll and vendor systems - Maintain all benefit enrollments and complete audits for proper invoicing by insurance carriers - Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities, and determining continuing needs - Complete administrative projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources, redesigning systems, recommending re-deployment of designated resources - Provide support to Benefits and Workers Compensation/Safety teams - Answer general enrollment questions for benefit-eligible associates as well as coordinate the enrollment process for status changes Our Ideal Bilingual Health Services Representative Candidate Has: - Communication : express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization - Organizing and planning: develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner - Problem-solving: creatively develop new solutions to challenges or questions without being afraid to take strategic risks - Social facility: comfortable meeting new people and building networks with people at all levels in an organization as well as interfacing with the public - Flexibility: possess a high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to change tasks or focus with short notice and frequency Requirements To Be A Health Services Representative - Bachelor's degree (Required) - Spanish & English Fluency (Preferred) Katapult Network is an equal opportunity employer and celebrates diversity in all of its forms. Position Title: Early Intervention Evaluator Spanish Speaking (SLP or Special Educator) Location: New York, NY Department: Early Intervention Position Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Bilingual Spanish SLP and/or Special Educator to join our Early Intervention team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct comprehensive evaluations of children suspected of having a developmental delay. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families, as well as proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as the PLS-5 and DAYC 2. Ideally, this would be in-person in the child’s home in your preferred NYC borough; but can also be conducted via Telehealth with parent consent. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of children suspected of having a developmental Delay - Utilize standardized assessment tools, including but not limited to the PLS-5 and/or DAYC 2 - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive evaluation reports. - Provide support and guidance to families throughout the evaluation process. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations. - Stay current with research and best practices related to EI assessment and intervention. Qualifications: - Licensed Speech Language Pathologist or Special Educator with a Birth -Grade 2 certification in NYS. - Minimum of 1year of experience working with children and families, preferably in an early intervention or clinical setting. - Demonstrated experience with standardized diagnostic tools such as PLS-5 and/or DAYC-2. - Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and evidence-based practices for assessment and intervention. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus.
