• Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to Spanish-speaking and bilingual students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) • Ensure all services are culturally and linguistically appropriate • Deliver speech-language therapy virtually in Spanish and/or English per the supervising SLP's plan • Address bilingual communication goals aligned with the student's IEP • Engage students with interactive, culturally responsive online sessions • Monitor and communicate progress regularly to the supervising SLP • Maintain detailed service logs and progress notes according to district timelines • Document services in a linguistically appropriate and professional manner • Attend scheduled supervision sessions and follow guidance from the supervising SLP • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families and staff when appropriate

• Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to Spanish-speaking and bilingual K-12 students with disabilities across partner school districts in Texas • Ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate services aligned with IEPs, IDEA, and Texas Education Code • Deliver high-quality evaluations and interventions that reflect each student's language background and communication needs • Conduct virtual bilingual speech and language evaluations • Provide direct speech-language services in Spanish and/or English as aligned with student needs and IEPs • Collaborate with special education teachers, general education staff, and related service providers
