Outside Sales Representative
Finvari
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for mid-market sized construction companies • Prospect and develop pipeline through outbound efforts and industry events • Represent Finvari at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings nationwide • Run discovery, demos, and negotiations with senior stakeholders • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in our CRM (Hubspot) • Partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of quota-carrying experience selling SaaS, fintech, or commercial card / payment solutions
- Strong preference to candidates with working knowledge of ERPs, commercial card/payment solutions or construction accounting processes
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and larger deal sizes with a consultative selling mindset
- Ability to travel regularly within territory for face-to-face selling
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability

• Support and advise our customers in the sales territory (B2B) • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in coordination with the internal sales team • Analyze customer requirements and needs as well as monitor the market and competitors • Present and demonstrate our vehicles/products on-site at the customer's location • Assist with vehicle briefings/training at the customer's site (as required) • Prepare drafts and support the preparation of proposals, cost calculations and tenders • Provide technical advice in close coordination with the technical office and project management • Follow up on quotations, negotiate and conclude orders • Support customers during bodywork inspections, vehicle handovers and at trade fairs • Maintain and use the CRM system in cooperation with the internal sales team
