Public Sector Distribution Operations Sales Analyst

• Searching for a strong sales operations analyst that will be responsible for leading, documenting, developing, and implementing business solutions to support the NVIDIA Partner Network Public Sector Distribution Program. • Aligning and driving account management teams through full-sales cycles with activities including special pricing, rebate, EOL terms, and revenue management. • Work directly, with partners to provide excellent customer support and lead events which are critical to meeting revenue targets and improve customer service. • Complete daily sales administration and customer service tasks including forecast management, customer demand fulfillment, accurate feedback, coordinating NPI, EOL, and other operational processes. • Work with multi-functional business owners to ensure the highest level of supply continuity and process improvement. • Strong knowledge of business insight and a shown ability to drive & capture additional insights through quantitative and qualitative data, enhancing overall business intelligence.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of shown ability in a sales support environment, with an emphasis on analytics, business intelligence, and sales operations.
  • High energy with effective communication and written skills.
  • Proactive, creative, flexible and uses good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Strong familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, CPQ, SAP
  • Demonstrable ability to use business knowledge and expertise to build sales reporting and analytical models that can scale and serve all applicable users.
  • Ability to successfully and effectively connect with all team members at any level.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The CSO Operations intern will spend 10 weeks building a unified reporting framework across all CSO teams (Patient Engagement, Overlay, Go-To-Market, Education, Aledade Learning Academy) to make work, impact, and capacity more visible and consistent. They work with within the Customer Lifecycle initiative by mapping the current new‑practice onboarding journey, identifying key pain points, and synthesizing insights from cross‑functional partners (Growth, Implementation, Integrations, Field, Product).They will also help design a lightweight CSO PMO structure by drafting standard intake, planning, and status-reporting templates and documenting a simple, scalable operating model for future CSO initiatives.
