Aledade is recruiting for 2026 Summer Interns! Interns ​receive​ guidance​ ​from​ senior​ ​leaders​ and​ ​take​ ​part​ ​in​ ​substantive, hands-on​ ​projects​ ​that​ ​foster​ an understanding​ ​of​ ​overall​ ​operations​ ​at​ ​Aledade​ ​and​ ​the​ ​function​ ​of our​ ​complex​ ​healthcare​ system​ ​in​ ​general.​ This internship will begin on June 1st, 2026, and last for 10 weeks until August 7th, 2026. The CSO Operations intern will spend 10 weeks building a unified reporting framework across all CSO teams (Patient Engagement, Overlay, Go-To-Market, Education, Aledade Learning Academy) to make work, impact, and capacity more visible and consistent. They work with within the Customer Lifecycle initiative by mapping the current new‑practice onboarding journey, identifying key pain points, and synthesizing insights from cross‑functional partners (Growth, Implementation, Integrations, Field, Product).They will also help design a lightweight CSO PMO structure by drafting standard intake, planning, and status-reporting templates and documenting a simple, scalable operating model for future CSO initiatives. In​ ​addition​ ​to​ ​taking​ ​ownership​ ​over​ ​substantial​ ​projects,​ ​an​ ​Aledade​ Intern ​will​ ​also: - Attend​​​ ​meetings​ with a cohort of other Interns where​ ​you​ ​will​ ​hear​ ​from​ ​leaders across​ ​the company, participate in professional development programming, and touch base with other Interns. - Gain​ ​exposure​ ​to​ ​senior​ ​executives​ ​and​ ​industry​ ​leaders. - Develop​ ​expertise​ ​in​ ​areas​ ​including​ ​healthcare​ ​policy,​ ​programming​ ​languages,​ ​business​ ​operations, Medicare​, ​and​ ​commercial​ ​payer​ ​contracts​ ​and​ ​clinical​ ​workflows. - Have​ ​the​ ​opportunity​ ​to​ ​attend​ ​relevant​ ​events​ ​and​ ​trainings​ ​in​ ​the​ ​healthcare​ ​field. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s core Functions, including Patient scheduling, Billing, HR and Recruiting, Business Development and Credentialing, by setting and managing towards ambitious quarterly growth goals • Partner with the CEO to define and execute growth strategies, including scaling services nationally with existing partners (outlining clear partnership goals), and proactively identifying new partners who meet business objectives • Leverage healthcare knowledge and contacts to expand ABH’s reach and impact, including expanding into new lines of service (ex Collaborative Care Models) • Collaborate with the CEO to create a culture of high-performing teams, driving the annual planning and annual staff reviews, along with the evolving organizational structure as the company scales • Ensure all operations adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and company policies, and oversee quarterly Board Meeting planning

• Day-to-day operational functions related to assigned product • Coordinate clinical interventions to include reviewing and sorting progress notes and clinical documents • Respond to inquiries or requests for additional information from clients and different departments • Resolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team members • Identify areas of opportunity for operational efficiencies
