• Identify systemic inefficiencies and technical bottlenecks across the entire sales-to-provisioning lifecycle. • Design and implement major process improvements to maximize sales enablement and service delivery speed. • Lead the design and architecture for custom, complex, multi-site infrastructure solutions, including tailored, resilient Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) strategies. • Act as the highest level of technical expertise in client meetings, discussing technical risks, compliance implications, and long-term infrastructure roadmaps directly with client CTOs, IT Directors, and key stakeholders. • Maintain the central opportunity database and coordinate directly with Provisioning Leads to inform long-term network and storage capacity planning based on sales projections. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Associate and Mid-Level Pre-Sales Specialists, defining best practices for solution quoting and technical discovery.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of extensive experience in IT infrastructure pre-sales, solution architecture, or high-level technical consulting.
- Proven ability to design and price complex WAN, LAN, and BDR/DRaaS solutions for large enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing systemic process improvements that directly improved business outcomes (e.g., faster cycle times, reduced quoting errors).
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of influencing executive-level decision-makers.
