Associate IT Pre-Sales Technical Specialist

• Accurately implement and maintain the ClickUp opportunity logging process, ensuring all sales leads have the correct technical metadata captured. • Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to generate accurate quotes for standard, low-complexity solutions, primarily focused on basic WAN/LAN connectivity and cloud storage. • Execute the centralized pre-qualification process for fibre and connectivity, ensuring all underlying technical specifications are met before a quote is finalized. • Assist Account Managers by preparing and dispatching technical questionnaires and ensuring all administrative steps are completed prior to quote generation. • Prepare initial provisioning forms for standard estimates, ensuring a smooth, proactive handover to the service delivery team.
Job Requirements
- 0 - 3 years in an administrative, sales support, or technical support role.
- High proficiency in Project Management/CRM systems, particularly ClickUp, with strong data entry and management skills.
- Basic understanding of technical infrastructure concepts, including IP addressing, internet bandwidth, and basic cloud service models.
- A Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
