• Help Drive Growth (Not Just Transactions) • Identify and pursue opportunities across OTAs, BAAs, RFIs, RFPs, pilots, and rapid fielding efforts • Build and execute account strategies aligned to customer priorities, budgets, and timelines • Balance near-term wins with long-term account positioning • Tell the Story That Wins • Translate complex radar and sensing capabilities into clear mission value • Lead briefings, demonstrations and field discussions with credibility • Build win themes around speed-to-field, operational advantage, survivability, and cost realism • Lead Capture & Teaming • Drive capture strategy, competitive positioning, and teaming decisions • Bring the customer voice into every opportunity • Know when to partner—and when to go solo • Shape the Company • Feed real customer insight back into product, engineering, and leadership • Influence roadmap, investment, and growth strategy decisions • Help build the Growth Office playbook as we scale
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years in federal sales, BD, capture, or account management
- Maintain a strong understanding of sensing technologies (e.g., ground surveillance radar, maritime radar, counter UAS radar, 3D/4D radar, phased array systems)
- Proven success with DoD and/or DHS customers; track federal budget priorities, acquisition programs, and emerging mission needs
- Experience building a 0 to 1 opportunity line with a net new customer
- Strong grasp of FAR, OTAs, and alternative acquisition pathways
- Comfortable engaging operators, engineers, PMs, contracting officers, and senior leaders
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Travel is required up to 25%
