Online Korean Instructor

• Teach engaging one-on-one online lessons using Microsoft Teams • Create a supportive and personalized learning environment that promotes student engagement, confidence, and success • Assign and provide timely feedback on class performance, homework assignments, and projects • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate grades and academic records • Communicate professionally and proactively with students, families, and LanguageBird staff as needed • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and respect in all interactions • Participate in required training
Job Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience teaching Korean (online and/or in a school setting)
- Native-like proficiency in Korean
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with middle school and/or high school students preferred
- Familiarity with educational technology and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and expectations
- Evening availability in U.S. time zones (PST preferred)
