• Design user-centered tools that empower small businesses to succeed from content creation and posting to advertising and performance tracking • Craft intuitive, delightful workflows that help SMBs show up in the neighborhood and connect with their local audiences • Elevate the visual quality of our SMB experiences while ensuring clarity, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and research to define and deliver scalable solutions that balance business and neighbor needs • Use insights from research and behavioral data to inform and validate design decisions • Build for trust, ensuring monetization features feel native to the Nextdoor experience, not disruptive • Contribute to and evolve our design system, with a focus on business surfaces and cross-platform consistency • Participate in design critiques, roadmap planning, and occasional in-person events like offsites and team trainings • Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to Nextdoor’s company culture

• Create assets for paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) • Lay out e-books, infographics, and presentations • Develop interactive pages and landing pages (RD Station, Elementor, or similar) • Participate in alignment and brainstorming meetings with the team and with clients • Produce layouts for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing

• Build and scale ZIGChain’s visual brand engine • Own design systems, AI workflows, and high-volume asset production while ensuring consistency, speed, and quality across the entire brand • Conduct a full audit of existing visual assets and production workflows • Deliver the v1 architecture for a modular, scalable design system • Ensure the quality and reliability of the output • Evolve the system based on data and user feedback while maintaining oversight/quality control

• Lead structured cabling and communications system design for data center environments • Leverage CAD/BIM tools to produce detailed engineering drawings • Serve as the technical authority on RCDD requirements • Manage and oversee smaller projects from concept through completion • Collaborate directly with data center clients • Conduct site visits as needed
