Join Our Team – Remote BCBA (Massachusetts Licensed) Sunflower Development Center At Sunflower Development Center, we are building something different. We are a multidisciplinary team committed to high quality, compassionate and developmentally appropriate care for children and families. As we continue to grow, we are intentionally moving toward a more Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NBDI) aligned model, integrating approaches such as ESDM, PRT, and other play-based, relationship-focused strategies. We are looking for a Massachusetts-licensed BCBA who is passionate about: - Child-led, play-based intervention - Collaboration with families and providers - High clinical standards and meaningful outcomes - Being part of a team that is actively evolving and improving Position Details: - Fully Remote BCBA role - Massachusetts license required - Flexible scheduling - Supportive, collaborative team environment - Opportunity to help shape clinical direction and programming What You’ll Do: - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Supervise and support BTs/RBTs (remotely and/or hybrid as needed) - Utilize NDBI-informed strategies in programming and intervention - Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members (OT, SLP, etc.) - Ensure clinical quality, consistency, and meaningful progress Who You Are: - A BCBA licensed in Massachusetts - Passionate about NDBI and naturalistic approaches - Strong clinical thinker who values both structure and flexibility - Committed to ethical, high-quality care - Open to growth, feedback, and being part of a team that is raising the bar

• Ensure the quality of services to clients. • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the program. • Recommend and implement changes to improve service delivery. • Provide direct service counseling, ongoing counseling, prevention services, and education services to adults, families, and youth. • Supervise remote clinical staff. • Answer all chats & texts in a timely manner. • Assess clinical situations and needs of all chatters. • Complete clinical documentation accurately. • Forward internal referrals in a timely manner. • Monitor call-in times for clients on a 72-Hour Suicide Watch. • Attend all required meetings and training courses. • Ensure compliance with agency standards.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for clients. • Focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life. • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patient conditions, needs, and goals. • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. • Educate patients and their families on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention strategies. • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers for coordinated care. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and treatment sessions in compliance with regulations.
