• Lead the design and implementation of data architecture for Marketing Automation platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. • Design and implement robust data models, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity. • Provide expertise in data governance, data security, and compliance with relevant regulations. • Oversee data migration, transformation, and scripting activities. • Develop and implement best practices for data handling and management. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture.

• Provides in-depth technical information and specific design/implementation guidance to Red River’s customers • Acts as a technical leader and mentors others • Responsible for pre-sales engineering activities including identifying customer’s business outcomes and/or mission challenges and proposing technology solutions • Engages as the primary client technical resource on sales engagements • Achieves and maintains OEM certifications in their area of expertise • Collaborates with Design Architects and peers to validate the best solution for customer requirements • Works jointly with Account Executives to create the best technical solution

• Lead the design and build of new functionalities in SAP MDG, and PLM systems to meet evolving business needs. • Develop and implement integration solutions between PLM tools (e.g., SAP PLM, LeverX IPS) and SAP ERP systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and translate them into technical solutions. • Establish and implement master data governance frameworks, workflows, and approval processes. • Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and validation rules to ensure data quality. • Enable efficient product lifecycle processes through system enhancements and automation. • Identify opportunities to optimize engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes through PLM and MDM solutions. • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance PLM and MDG capabilities. • Provide thought leadership on best practices for data management and product lifecycle integration. • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Prepare functional and technical documentation for new solutions. • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users and technical support teams.

• Build key product experiences using React/Next.js, JavaScript and TypeScript, Redux, React Router, Node.js, and Postgres. • Take on a multi-faceted role from analysing requirements and conducting research to coding and documentation, shipping new features, refining apps' UI/UX to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, and optimising systems for scale. • Most of your work will be focused on frontend development, and your ability to combine technical strength with design intuition will shine here. • Integrate with various APIs like ChatGPT, AWS-SES, WhatsApp API and similar third-party services to enhance app functionality and achieve quick development of the functionality. • Utilise Version Control Systems (e.g., Git, GitHub) to manage and track changes to the codebase. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance, scalability and cross-browser compatibility. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
