Leverage this expertise to generate innovative ideas for better utilization of our printers with our customers and partners. • Train customers and resellers. • Provide sales support, solve printing/design challenges tailored to unique applications. • Collect customer feedback to inform marketing collateral and Product team decisions. • Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, maintain presence at trade shows and industrial events. • Support internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering, product design).

Job Requirements

  • B.S. Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer facing role
  • Demonstrated project management abilities
  • Demonstrated capability for public speaking
  • CAD experience required
  • Manufacturing and/or design experience a strong plus
  • Prior experience with Additive Manufacturing, and in applying additive solutions to an industrial or production environment is preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

SENIOR APPLICATION ADVISOR - MANAGED SERVICES The Senior Application Advisor - Managed Services provides expert Epic EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting services for Nordic clients while overseeing customer engagements and mentoring other Managed Services team members.
