Job Title: Provisioning Technician Job Code: 35312 Job Location: Remote Job Schedule: 9/80 Job Description: Support L3Harris FTI Order Management team as a Provisioning Technician working with telecommunications industry vendors/partners to provide products or services such as access bandwidth required to fulfill program orders. In this role, the applicant must have current knowledge of Telecom industry ordering practices including new installations, changes and disconnection of products. Critical job duties include examining and processing orders, tracking deliveries and performing data organization and entry tasks required to monitor and communicate progress of orders while collaborating with technical teams to solve problems as quickly as possible. As a provisioning specialist, applicant must possess strong time management skills and an understanding of basic software applications. - Order and coordinate all necessary vendor telecommunication products and services to fulfill FAA order requirements on the FTI network - Collaborate with Telco engineering and field management personnel to ensure access/transport circuits are delivered in accordance with expected delivery intervals - Provide and maintain regular circuit status within implementation databases/software tools while communicating with engineering and field management supporting on-time delivery of orders - Liaison to telecommunication vendor provisioning teams resolving administrative and/or technical issues for active orders - Write, submit, process and coordinate all provisioning related documents (Telecom Service Orders-TSO/PONs, Supplements, LOA/CFAs, DLRs, CANs and Access Carrier Reports, etc.) to/from all carriers as required - Provide support as needed to service delivery teams during acceptance testing and turn-up of FTI program services - Contribute to continued development of new and existing procedures supporting ordering, provisioning and delivery of telecommunications products and services - Provide data analysis of existing and ordered circuit inventories ensuring data integrity and accuracy - Ability to obtain a FAA Public Trust Clearance Qualifications: - Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $49,500 – $91,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
