Role Description The Director of Operations is responsible for managerial tasks, execution and completion of assigned projects. Must be able to communicate effectively, with exceptional interpersonal and management skills. - Coordinate new projects with business development and the customer to establish work processes and project timelines. - Assess critical path to success, create bill of materials, and manage billing. - Manage day-to-day staff and operations. - Maintain a healthy revenue pipeline and forecasting. - Partake in customer development and growth initiatives. This is a remote position with frequent visits to market offices. Successful candidate must be located in North Carolina or South Carolina. Qualifications - Train, motivate and manage employees. - Oversee the entire project, while improving processes and resolving issues affecting the project's scope, quality, risk and timeline. - Control projects by tracking costs while managing the project's budget. - Create and manage contingency plans for the project. - Maintain a material inventory log containing run rates, min and max stock, and material checkout. - Report project updates to customers daily, identify and problem solve solutions for current and future issues. - Oversee all invoices and associated backup documentation such as Redlines and Sweep test results. - Grow customer holdings and mentor staff to increase service offerings. - Research and resolve customer complaints and issues. Requirements - BA/BS or equivalent experience. - 1 - 5 years minimum experience in telecommunications construction management directly supervising personnel. - Above average computer and software skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD or equivalent viewing software. - Ability to think ahead and plan over a 6-12-month time span. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language. - Must have good troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure.

Role Description The Cybersecurity Analyst protects enterprise systems, data, and users by monitoring, detecting, investigating, and responding to security events. This exempt role exercises independent judgment to analyze complex alerts, improve defenses, and drive preventive controls, while partnering with the IT Director, Legal/Compliance, and business stakeholders to reduce risk. This position will be considered fully remote, but travel will be required to UniTek locations as needed. Job Responsibilities - Threat Monitoring & Incident Response - Monitor SIEM and EDR tools; triage alerts, contain and eradicate threats, and perform root‑cause analysis. - Lead incident response playbooks, coordinate post‑incident reviews, and document lessons learned. - Vulnerability & Patch Management - Run regular scans, validate findings, prioritize remediation based on risk, and track closure. - Collaborate with infrastructure/app teams to align patch windows and verify fixes. - Identity, Access & Endpoint Security - Enforce MFA, least privilege, and privileged access reviews; support MDM and endpoint hardening baselines. - Security Engineering & Hardening - Tune SIEM/EDR/IDS signatures, maintain logging/alerting rules, and improve detection fidelity. - Support firewall, proxy, email security, and zero‑trust policy updates. - Governance, Risk & Compliance - Map controls to frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF/800‑53, CIS), help with audits, and maintain security policies/standards. - Contribute to third‑party risk assessments and vendor security due diligence. - Awareness & Training - Provide targeted user training and phishing simulations; publish tips and KB articles. - Documentation & Metrics - Maintain IR runbooks, architecture diagrams, and control evidence. - Produce KPIs/KRIs (MTTD/MTTR, patch SLAs, phishing failure rates) for leadership. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC, incident response, or closely related IT security roles. - Hands‑on experience with SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), EDR (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint), vulnerability management (e.g., Tenable, Qualys), MFA/IdP, and endpoint hardening. - Solid grasp of networking, Windows/Linux, identity/access controls, and email/web security gateways. - Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to act with autonomy (exempt‑level scope). Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP; higher‑level (CISSP, CISM) is a plus for advanced scope. - Experience with cloud security (M365/Azure, AWS), zero‑trust, and automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python). Work Conditions - Periodic on‑call for security incidents; occasional after‑hours change windows. - Ability to travel as needed for response/testing; otherwise remote.

Role Description The Contract Manager will work to mitigate exposure while organizing all contractor compliance related to Leased Space agreements. - Review submitted contracts for Leased Space from Assistant Contract Managers (ACM) and verify all additional paperwork required under each contract. - Redline with comments where required and return to ACM or Site Acquisition Manager (SAM) through Site Tracker. - Provide additional language where required to bring agreement to the client provided requirements. - Work with the ACM and SAM until the contract is sufficiently within client parameters. - Provide updates within client Salesforce database (Site Tracker) as documents are moved between the CM, ACM, and SAM. - Respond to special requests for review or guidance from the RAM. - Be available at all times during normal business hours for conference with ACM, SAM, or outside legal counsel. - Conference weekly with client in-house legal counsel. - Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Juris Doctor (J.D.) required - Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration. - Strong experience using MS Office and Adobe Pro. - Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy. - Demonstrated administrative skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language is required. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
