• Work closely with team members on analysis, design, development, documentation, implementation and support of data design and modeling needs throughout the SDLC. • Provide vision, direction and leadership to improve the Data Architecture of the client. • Work collaboratively with staff to provide architectural guidance and leadership in the design and implementation of all active projects. • Lead design and technical problem-solving meetings focusing on technologies, proof of concept activities, and models related to data management. • Maintain a clear understanding of client’s strategic initiatives and requirements for shared data assets to evaluate current and emerging technologies and industry trends. • Collect, analyze and manipulate complex information in order to summarize and present recommendations that impact business decisions.
Job Requirements
- Senior level of competency with eight to ten years of professional experience related to the development of data architecture elements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technology degree.
- Professional certificate or a graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in data architecture including data modeling, data integration, business intelligence (BI), data marts, data lakes and data warehousing.
- Minimum of five years of broad financial and/or banking industry experience is preferred.
- Advanced understanding of some combination of data architecture and data model design.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies is required.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and practices is preferred.

Role Description We are looking for a strong Analytics Engineer to take charge of data transformation and build a reliable foundation for our marketing analytics. You will work at the intersection of Data Engineering and Data Analytics, turning the "chaos" of API exports into structured data marts. What You Will Do - Design and Development: Build and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake and BigQuery using dbt. - Data Modeling: Translate marketing business logic (LTV, CAC, attribution, cohort analysis) into clean, optimized SQL code. - Pipeline Optimization: Ensure Data Quality and freshness; set up tests and documentation within dbt. - Tech Stack: Work with a modern Modern Data Stack.
