Position Overview: BLN24 is seeking an UI/UX Developer blends user-centered design with front-end engineering to create accessible, performant, and visually compelling interfaces. This role partners closely with product managers, researchers, and developers to deliver intuitive experiences that meet WCAG standards and scale across devices. Key Responsibilities: - Translate user research, personas, and journey maps into wireframes, prototypes, and production UI. - Implement responsive, component-based front-end code aligned to a design system. - Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), including semantic HTML, ARIA, focus management, and color contrast. - Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics. - Contribute to and maintain a shared design system (tokens, components, patterns). - Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility, performance, and reusability. Required Qualifications: - 4+ years in UI/UX and front-end development. - Proficiency with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD and modern front-end (HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript). - Experience with React (preferred) or Angular/Vue; familiarity with Storybook or similar. - Demonstrated accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.2, ARIA, screen readers). - Strong grasp of responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser testing. - Portfolio showcasing shipped products and design-to-code execution. - Bachelor’s in HCI/Design/CS or equivalent experience. • Provide support to system users. • Respond to tickets, incidents, and system improvement requests according to prioritization. • Specify new requirements, create prototypes, and document them so they can be developed by others. • Prepare system documentation and operation manuals. • Develop new features and implement new systems as required. • Test new implementations and ensure they operate with the required level of quality. • Design and implement new database structures. • Implement integrations between systems. • Regularly report progress on tasks to your supervisor. • Meet with users to gather details and collect information for system requests.

• Principally develops application in Angular, NodeJS, HTML, Javascript, Typescript • Architect, Design, and implement MarketIQ-DIG platform, supporting growth & expansion to other countries • Maintains and enhances existing components of the highest complexity • Create custom solutions for business use cases defined by acceptance criteria • Performs root cause analysis when implementing bug fixes • Evaluation and use of new versions of related tools & technologies • Be a team player as part of an agile, empowered team and contribute to the development of fellow engineers
