Operations Support Specialist

Honestly Clean

• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules, team assignments, and job site coverage • Maintain accurate client profiles, service records, and operational documentation • Monitor and report operational metrics such as attendance, job completion, and quality checks • Review and approve employee timesheets daily • Assist with preparing weekly reports and monthly operational scorecards • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members • Support On-The-Job (OTJ) training and new hire training schedules • Help identify and interview potential candidates during the recruiting process • Provide feedback to management regarding team performance and training needs • Perform high-quality residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning services as needed • Conduct quality control (QC) visits and report findings to management • Fill in for team members during staffing shortages or call-offs • Monitor cleaning supply and equipment inventory • Complete weekly inventory checks and submit supply orders to management • Communicate professionally with clients regarding service inquiries, feedback, and concerns • Assist in resolving client issues or complaints when they arise • Support marketing efforts including social media posts and updates • Assist with networking and business development activities when needed • Support Airbnb turnover services including laundry and property preparation
