Job Description

CRM Manager

SureCo

• Own how HubSpot is used day to day across the business. • Maintain core CRM structure, including objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and associations • Design and maintain workflows and automation that reflect real business processes • Build scalable automation using standard workflows and, when needed, coded workflows • Partner cross-functionally to translate operational needs into practical CRM solutions • Keep CRM data clean, consistent, and ready for reliable reporting • Create and maintain CRM documentation and SOPs • Support CRM training and enablement for end users • Build lists and segmentation to support Marketing initiatives • Make light HubSpot CMS or website updates as needed, such as copy changes or small tweaks

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience (HubSpot expertise is required — Salesforce-only backgrounds are not a fit)
  • Strong experience supporting Sales and Operations teams
  • Deep familiarity with workflows, automation, and lifecycle design
  • Process-driven, systems-minded, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and explaining technical changes clearly
  • Experience with coded workflows (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience scaling or cleaning up a CRM in a growth-stage company (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Familiarity with sales activity tracking or prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo) (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Light HubSpot CMS or HTML/CSS experience (Nice-to-Haves)
  • HealthTech, Insurance, or complex B2B experience (Nice-to-Haves)
