Netsuite Integration Developer – Associate Director

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients • Deliver tailored integrated solutions helping clients solve today's challenges • Mix of client delivery, leading teams, and developing junior team members • Participate in business development activities • Hands-on technical role focused on designing, building, and supporting system integrations using modern integration platform as a service (iPaaS) tools • Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and clients to deliver scalable and reliable integrations • Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using iPaaS tools like Boomi, Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft • Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms for integration reliability • Produce and maintain integration design documentation, data mappings, process flows, and technical specifications • Support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing for integrations
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing system integrations using an iPaaS or middleware platform
- Experience integrating with multiple different systems, including APIs, data structures, and common business processes
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication methods, and data transformation concepts
- Experience working in implementation or consulting environments with multiple concurrent projects
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
- NetSuite SuiteScript development experience (1.0 / 2.x) preferred
- Experience with EDI, SFTP, SQL preferred
- Experience integrating NetSuite with platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, Avalara, or other financial and operational systems preferred
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer) or equivalent experience preferred
- Exposure to private equity–backed, high-growth, or complex multi-system environments preferred
