JOB SUMMARY Provides technical support and performs system administration and maintenance activities to support the Energy Management System (EMS) and its ancillary systems and applications. Participates in planning and evaluating the impact of system modifications and maintenance activities to Company’s grid operations. Maximizes EMS uptime and mitigates system failures. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve EMS. This position will report to the Supervisor of Grid & Market Solutions (GMS) Systems Support Team. JOB DUTIES • Primarily responsible for support, system administration, and maintenance of the EMS upgrade systems through the various testing cycles. • Responsible for the integration of various EMS applications, monitoring, and regular maintenance. • Performs various kinds of structured/unstructured testing and logs defects in the defect tracking tool. • Works closely with the business lead, project manager and technical lead by providing timely updates and feedback. • Works closely with the EMS vendor and Company’s GMS development teams to reproduce defects and test the fixes. • Works closely with the GMS Applications Engineering teams to get the defect fixes, releases installed across various testing environments. ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE • Routinely monitors EMS systems and applications, as well as regular maintenance activities • Coordinates and performs Database updates and upgrades in the EMS environments • Assist Operations Engineer, Market Operations, and other business units during EMS acceptance testing of new and/or enhanced applications • Supports effective EMS use and administration by preparing and reviewing technical documentation • Performs code build, patch implementation and migrations in the EMS systems • Performs system setup and testing with Market Participants as appropriate • Responds to system failures and operator questions on a 24/7 basis • Works with market participants to resolve problems and implement changes • Performs emergency recovery and troubleshooting of EMS system and applications • Maintains real-time data collection to support EMS functions • Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs the EMS systems, applications, and interfaces • Proactively identifies design problems and drives resolution • Participates in EMS Disaster Recovery Drills • Tests, certifies, and implements changes to the EMS Production and Test • Performs systems maintenance and improvement activities to support the effectiveness of the EMS • Participates in planning and evaluating the impact of system modifications and maintenance activities

Role Description cFocus Software seeks a System Architect III to join our program supporting the Executive Office of the President (EOP). This position is remote and requires a Top Secret clearance. - Lead system architecture design for automated audit, validation, and verification solutions across multiple data sources. - Design end-to-end architectures supporting extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reporting pipelines. - Architect high-availability and fault-tolerant solutions leveraging existing Hitachi Content Platform (HCP) and Hitachi Content Intelligence (HCI) infrastructures. - Define technical architectures for automated comparison of records, metadata, permissions, and attributes across source systems and OBS. - Ensure architectures support compliance with the Presidential Records Act (PRA) and Federal Records Act (FRA). - Design centralized logging, audit trails, and machine-readable discrepancy reporting capabilities. - Architect executive dashboards providing KPIs, drill-down analytics, and role-based access control. - Ensure integration with Active Directory and identity management services for secure access control. - Support Agile development processes and provide technical direction across sprint cycles. - Review and approve system designs, code artifacts, and implementation plans. - Ensure compliance with EOP, PITC, and federal cybersecurity requirements. - Support Authority to Operate (ATO), continuous monitoring, and audit readiness activities. - Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, interface control documents, and technical standards. - Provide technical guidance for remediation of audit discrepancies and system anomalies. - Support surge activities including Presidential Transition requirements when directed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field. - Experience with Hitachi Content Intelligence (HCI) & Hitachi Content Platform (HCP). - Familiarity with the Presidential Records Act (PRA) & Federal Records Act (FRA). - Minimum of 4 years of experience in system architecture, enterprise engineering, or data platform design. - Demonstrated experience architecting large-scale data validation, audit, or analytics platforms. - Strong experience with ETL pipelines, data comparison frameworks, and automated validation processes. - Experience designing systems with strong logging, auditing, and reporting requirements. - Knowledge of object-based storage platforms and enterprise content management systems. - Experience supporting federal or intelligence community IT environments. - Strong documentation, communication, and technical leadership skills.

• Define the end-to-end architecture for networked EW systems, ensuring alignment with Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA) standards. • Lead the design of distributed EW capabilities across MANET networks, focusing on scalability, low-latency coordination, and multi-node synchronization. • Lead high-level trade studies to balance performance, SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power, and Cost), and modularity. Establish the technical standards that guide the broader engineering team. • Oversee the decomposition of mission-level requirements into robust Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and system specifications, ensuring seamless interoperability between hardware and software components. • Serve as the subject matter expert on tactical data links and integration with third-party ecosystems (e.g., ATAK, Link 16, or government-owned frameworks). • Act as a bridge between executive leadership, product management, and engineering teams to ensure the technical roadmap meets long-term customer needs and market trends. • Approximately 25% travel to support customer meetings and high-level integration activities.
