• Use SQL extensively to analyze marketplace performance data and uncover actionable insights across key metrics (liquidity, active quantity, pricing, engagement, and sell-through) surfacing trends, opportunities, and risks to stakeholders • Analyze sales, stock on-hand, and on-order at the style/color/size level to make recommendations on style selections, unit allocations, and pricing strategies that balance revenue opportunity with profitability • Perform exploratory / “ad-hoc” data analysis to support various global strategic initiatives • Stay on top of product trends across categories and conduct competitive intelligence research to identify emerging areas and maintain a best-in-class assortment • Monitor active supply metrics to ensure marketplace supply meets future demand and track initiatives like SKU-based incentives to measure opportunity recapture • Develop and maintain SQL-based dashboards that support the Business Development team • Evaluate current reporting and seek out new ways to enhance how performance is tracked • Support projects and tasks from manager and other key stakeholders on an as-needed basis • Develop and optimize workflows using templates and AI tools across systems

The Role As a Principal Analyst, you will be part of our deliverability team working directly with our customers. You will provide guidance on best practices, reporting and recommendations to improve their email programs and get the most out of Zeta Global. A Principal Analyst serves as the owner for new client onboardings and retainer-based services engagements. Teams at Zeta work collaboratively to deliver great customer experiences. You will partner with our Client Services, Technology and Sales Teams to develop strategies that improve both our customers and our teams. Job Description - Provide recommendations, reporting, and guidance on best practices to clients to improve deliverability for their email programs and to get the most out of Zeta Global. - Own an assigned portfolio of paid deliverability services clients. - Own and manage onboarding projects including discovery, IP and domain provisioning, email authentication, reputation warming plan development and execution. - Manage retainer based strategic projects focused on optimizing inbox placement and driving response. - Collaborate on Mail System Infrastructure and DNS Management. - Utilize 3rd party Deliverability Monitoring Tools. - Provide email best practices consultation to clients and Internal stakeholders - Handle support requests for all clients through the ticketing system. - Work with the Deliverability team to maintain the health of the email ecosystem. - Build, enhance and optimize Kibana Queries, Visualizations, and Dashboards. - Verify Correct DNS Configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve DNS issues. - Create and present Deliverability Services Reports to Clients with insights and Go Forward Guidance. - Provide Best Practices Guidance and Strategic Deliverability Guidance directly to Clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams. Your Skills and Experience - 5+ years of experience at an ESP in a Deliverability role. - Previous experience working in a client-facing role. - Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. - Proven experience managing deliverability for high-volume senders and multi-domain environments. - Strong experience with ESPs/MTAs and deliverability monitoring platforms. - Demonstrated strong understanding of email, SMTP, MTAs, IP strategies, authentication technologies, reputation strategies, data hygiene, privacy, opt policies, anti-spam policies. - Deep understanding of ISP filtering logic, sender reputation signals, and mailbox provider-specific nuances - Understanding of legal and compliance requirements for email (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL). - Strong knowledge of authentication frameworks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI). - Expertise interpreting bounce codes and key email performance metrics. - Deep understanding of email subscriber list management, lifecycle concepts, engagement-based segmentation, and sunset policies. - Strong competency in DNS and email authentication configuration. - Experience analyzing large data sets to derive insights. - Strong Excel Skills. - Previous experience working with cross-functional teams. - Strong attention to detail, dedicated work ethic, and organized. - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. • Support Bswift technology implementations, in accordance with company standard operating procedures, processes, and documentation. • Coordinates with managers and users to identify systems problems; assesses severity of the issues and prioritizes responses as appropriate. • Partner with project coordinators and other internal and external team members and clients as part of new implementation and ongoing client support duties. • Manage client import/exports, payroll/carrier files, and discrepancy reports. • Provide on-call technical support and responses to inquiries regarding EDI vendor feeds. • Actively solve data production technical problems, working to reduce future technical errors by partnering with team members to discuss actionable resolutions. • Routinely conduct analysis of data transactions. • Make recommendations for the resolution of production problems. • Work with third-party compliance approval. • Quality and control management of Bswift. • Training client HR partners on Bswift software and processes. • Maintain Bswift system for accuracy. • Audit excel and text files. • Knowledgeable in Visual Basic scripts but not limited to that language.
