Job Description

Compensation Analyst

Internova Travel Group

• Analyzes data, researches market trends, and ensures compliance with legal regulations • Analyzes and administers variable compensation programs that align with company objectives • Responsible for understanding, auditing, and administering variable compensation plans for multiple plans across the organization • Responsible for analyzing sales and commission incentive plans, auditing payouts, optimizing processes, and collaborating with HR and Finance • Primary contact for variable compensation-related pay issues/questions • Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and compensation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive plans • Analyze job descriptions, determine appropriate salary ranges, and ensure internal equity • Assist in salary survey data submission, and analyze market data • Identify opportunities to streamline the variable compensation process, including automation and data integration • Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and present findings to management • Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives • Ensure compensation practices adhere to all applicable laws and regulations • Partners with business unit leaders, financial controllers & HR representatives to ensure accurate variable compensation payments • Prepares monthly and ad-hoc reports and analyses as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a business-related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience functioning as a variable compensation partner and/or administering incentive/ commission plans
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel required
  • Finance/ Accounting and/or Auditing experience preferred
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and incentive compensation structures
  • Knowledge of HR policies and compliance regulations related to compensation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Must be detail-oriented while coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Well-developed in the areas of planning, organizing and prioritizing work
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of audiences to convey complex data insights
  • Ability to read and interpret complex financial reports
  • Experience with the ADP payroll system preferred.

You will provide guidance on best practices, reporting and recommendations to improve their email programs and get the most out of Zeta Global. A Principal Analyst serves as the owner for new client onboardings and retainer-based services engagements. Teams at Zeta work collaboratively to deliver great customer experiences. You will partner with our Client Services, Technology and Sales Teams to develop strategies that improve both our customers and our teams. Job Description - Provide recommendations, reporting, and guidance on best practices to clients to improve deliverability for their email programs and to get the most out of Zeta Global. - Own an assigned portfolio of paid deliverability services clients. - Own and manage onboarding projects including discovery, IP and domain provisioning, email authentication, reputation warming plan development and execution. - Manage retainer based strategic projects focused on optimizing inbox placement and driving response. - Collaborate on Mail System Infrastructure and DNS Management. - Utilize 3rd party Deliverability Monitoring Tools. - Provide email best practices consultation to clients and Internal stakeholders - Handle support requests for all clients through the ticketing system. - Work with the Deliverability team to maintain the health of the email ecosystem. - Build, enhance and optimize Kibana Queries, Visualizations, and Dashboards. - Verify Correct DNS Configuration.
