Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure that every viewer has a positive experience with our network and to address any issues or questions they may have. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints - Provide accurate information about our programming, products, and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date with our programming and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using technology and various communication channels (phone, email, social media) - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and representing our company in a positive light Requirements - This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours. Job Requirements
