Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Specialist to join our engineering and research team. Compensation Annual Salary: $115,000 – $165,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and specialized technical expertise. • Architect and manage horizontally scalable systems that dramatically accelerate the end-to-end training lifecycle for Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models. • Design and implement internal UIs and tools that make ML systems and workflows accessible to non-technical stakeholders across the company. • Oversee and manage training tooling, job orchestration, experiment tracking, and data storage.

Role Description This position will be in our Alpharetta office or can be remote if necessary. - Research international standards for video encoding and decoding (such as H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC, H.266/VVC, etc.), and their extension technologies. - Design, implement, and optimize video encoding and decoding algorithms, including but not limited to core modules such as motion estimation/compensation, transform quantization, entropy encoding, loop filtering, and rate control. - Explore and develop new generation efficient video encoding technologies such as JVET EE2. - Pay attention to the latest technological trends in the field of video encoding and decoding (such as AI assisted encoding, end-to-end AI encoding, immersive video encoding, etc.), conduct forward-looking research and technical reserves. - Participate in MPEG and other standard conferences and submit relevant technical proposals. Qualifications - Master's degree or above in computer science, electronic engineering, signal processing or related majors. - More than 3 years of experience in researching or developing video encoding and decoding algorithms. - Proficient in the principles and implementation details of at least one mainstream video coding standard (such as H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC, H.266/VVC, AV1, etc.). - Solid foundation in digital signal processing, image processing, and information theory, proficient in C/C++ programming language, good coding ability and software engineering literacy. - Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. - Excellent English reading and communication skills. - Experience in MPEG and AVS proposals is preferred.
