Requirements - Build and extend the frontend for the Workflow Platform, a product that lets wealth advisors run automated business processes within the platform. - Implement workflow visualization, task management interfaces, and monitoring views (e.g., workflow status, run history, blocked steps). - Work with the Addepar Product Language (APL) component library to build consistent, high-quality interfaces. - Build the human-in-the-loop UI layer (Tasks) that lets users take action when a workflow requires manual review or approval. - Ensure tasks surface correctly via in-app notifications and integrate cleanly with workflow execution state. - Work closely with the engineering manager, product designers, and other engineers to refine requirements and ship incrementally. - Contribute to technical discussions, tradeoff decisions, and implementation planning on a product with real delivery pressure. - Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Write testable, maintainable code and document decisions clearly. - Help the team move quickly without sacrificing engineering standards. - Bring a product mindset to frontend work, think about what the advisor actually experiences, not just what the design spec says.
