Role Description We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive Vice President. This role sits at the center of the executive office and helps keep priorities, communication, and operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and ensure the EVP can focus on strategic priorities. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar - Prioritize meetings and commitments to align with key business objectives - Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points - Coordinate leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and executive communications - Track follow-ups and action items across teams - Help ensure initiatives and decisions move forward efficiently - Plan detailed domestic and international travel itineraries - Coordinate executive meetings, offsites, and leadership events - Serve as a trusted point of contact between the EVP and internal teams - Support communication with senior leaders, partners, and external stakeholders - Complete any other tasks assigned by EVP Qualifications - 5+ years supporting senior executives (VP, SVP, EVP, or C-suite) - Exceptional organization and prioritization skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High level of professionalism and discretion - Ability to anticipate needs and operate with minimal direction - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Tools & Systems - Experience with tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office - Calendar and scheduling platforms - Video conferencing tools - Project management systems Working Requirements - Competitive Salary - Fully remote - Fluent in English - Will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST)
