United States - Remote Role Overview We're seeking a seasoned research professional to join Bolt Insight as a full-time Research Manager. This is a key leadership position within our AI research initiatives, focusing on US and global projects, an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of how we design, deliver, and evolve our research offering. You'll be responsible for coordinating and managing research projects, working closely with clients, junior researchers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality insights. You'll be a central figure in shaping how we deliver AI-powered research, with the autonomy to drive projects from design through delivery and the scope to influence strategy, methodology, and team development. The role requires strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills — and we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring senior-level judgment and client instincts from day one, and grow with us as we scale. Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution - Lead and oversee research projects for US and global clients, ensuring efficient execution and delivery. - Work closely with junior Research Executives to guide them in project management, execution, and reporting. - Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Client Engagement & Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for US and global clients, tailoring research solutions to their needs. - Lead client calls, develop proposals, and ensure successful project follow-through. - Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction. Research Strategy & Methodology Development - Develop and refine research methodologies for qualitative and quantitative analysis. - Ensure research techniques align with market trends and client requirements. - Support innovation in AI research by identifying new technologies and tools to enhance insights. Team Leadership & Development - Mentor and train junior researchers, ensuring best practices in AI-driven market research. - Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and professional growth within the research team. - Provide strategic input for team expansion and recruitment where necessary. Innovation & Process Improvement - Gather and analyze client feedback to refine research methodologies and enhance the BoltChatAI platform. - Develop systems for monitoring and tracking research impact and efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to improve AI-driven research capabilities. Ideally, the candidate will have experience with pharmaceutical care in a clinical or retail setting. The policy analyst will lead tasks related to AIR Health’s work with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
