Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle SaaS HCM techno-functional consulting, with a strong focus on reporting, helpdesk, authorizations, and access management. - Proven track record of successful project delivery and incident resolution in a complex enterprise environment. - Excellent knowledge of Oracle SaaS HCM modules and best practices. - Experience with Oracle SaaS HCM reporting tools and techniques. - Proficiency in SQL and database management. Requirements - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to liaise with end users and management to provide comprehensive, scalable solutions. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
