Senior Director, Data Sciences and Analytics
Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc.
• Provide leadership to the Data Sciences and Analytics Department • Drive all clinical data management activities and execution of exploratory analysis • Define approaches, processes, algorithms, and tools for analytics and decision support • Build relationships with stakeholders and implement relevant tools • Collaborate with Biostatistics leads and drug development teams for exploratory analysis • Ensures quality of deliverables by applying analysis and reporting standards • Develop and implement innovative strategies and technologies. • Independently develop and maintain complex programs and utilities
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership of Clinical Data Management function required
- PhD in a relative quantitative field (i.e., Biostatistics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team of individuals with diverse experience and expertise.
- Mastery in clinical data management systems and industry wide thesauri
- Ability to explain technically complex information for a non-technical audience.
- Strong positive attitude, thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment with many simultaneous projects
- Demonstrates the ability to work within budget constraints, while utilizing resources efficiently and in a fiscally responsible manner
