Job Purpose: Enterprise Support Specialists provide high-quality, thorough, and efficient support to our enterprise clients. This role involves resolving product issues, guiding clients through features and workflows, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Specialists also collect client feedback, facilitate training, and ensure we consistently meet expectations across the entire lifecycle — from onboarding to ongoing engagement. Client Support - Respond to a high volume of client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and thoughtful manner - Troubleshoot technical issues, report and escalate bugs - Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction - Recommend best practices and guide clients through product features and workflows Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with teammates to ensure consistent support experiences - Share product feedback or recurring issues with leads or operations team Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong working relationships with enterprise clients - Understand client goals and proactively identify ways to support their success - Collaborate with Client Success and Business Development teams to ensure unified support - Experience supporting VIP clients in a fast-paced support environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly - Patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure - Experience with cloud software, help desk tools, and CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA) - Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and multitask effectively - Experience worked in a casting office or agency preferred - BA/BS degree preferred

The Benefits Administration Managed Services Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and reliable end-to-end benefits administration support for customers using HiBob’s benefits solutions. Acting as a trusted operational partner, this role ensures benefits processes run smoothly through proactive checks, expert handling of enrolments and life events, and close collaboration with internal teams and external benefits providers. The specialist plays a critical role in reducing customer effort, ensuring employees receive the correct benefits at the right time, and upholding HiBob’s benefits administration quality standards throughout the employee lifecycle. **Note: We will only consider candidates who can work EST due to business need ** Requirements - Experience in a Managed Services or Bureau-style environment. - Demonstrable US benefits administration experience in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. - Strong knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements (e.g. ACA, ERISA, COBRA, eligibility and enrolment rules). - Experience handling high-volume benefits enrolments, life events, and ongoing administration with accuracy and efficiency. - Proven ability to optimize benefits administration processes and drive continuous improvements. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify benefits discrepancies, eligibility issues, and data anomalies. - Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex benefits concepts to clients and internal teams. - Experience using benefits administration platforms or HRIS solutions (bonus points for HiBob, or other cloud-based HR/benefits systems). As our Benefits Managed Service Specialist, you will: - Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits administration processing and issue resolution within the Managed Services Bureau. - Ensure benefits accuracy through thorough reviews and adherence to regulatory, carrier, and plan-specific requirements. - Manage high volumes of benefits enrolments, life events, and ongoing changes while maintaining efficiency and quality within strict deadlines. - Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the bureau’s benefits administration service delivery. - Support new client onboarding by validating benefits data, ensuring accurate setup, and coordinating effective go-live and transition activities. - Assist in training and mentoring junior benefits administration team members, sharing best practices and operational knowledge. - Effectively escalate complex benefits-related issues to internal teams or external providers while maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients.
