PRN Home Infusion / IVIG RN Fully remote and autonomous PRN position (2-3 days per week) providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Phoenix, AZ area. As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this would be the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. Our nurses have the luxury of having a work life balance. Their work schedule also provides an opportunity to build one-on-one relationships with their patients. As a Home Infusion RN you will… • Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in our patients' homes • Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own home. • Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment. • Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas • Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners. • Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RNs such as Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN)! In this PRN role, you will visit patients in greater Phoenix and surrounding areas with occasional travel of up to 150-200 miles one way. Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas. • Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus • Have and maintain current CPR certification • Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause) • Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity. Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Telehealth Mental Health professional to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct remote evaluations and diagnose patients according to DSM-5 criteria. You will be responsible for writing prescription letters for Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Psychiatric Service Animals (PSAs) in compliance with state and federal regulations, including those set by the ADA and HUD. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations of patients to determine eligibility for Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Psychiatric Service Animals (PSAs). Utilize the DSM-5 to diagnose mental health conditions and assess the necessity of an ESA or PSA. Write and issue prescription letters for ESAs and PSAs in compliance with Hawaii state laws and federal regulations (ADA and HUD). Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Provide compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered care through telehealth services. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and best practices related to ESAs, PSAs, and telehealth psychology. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and refer patients to additional services when necessary. Participate in continuing education and training to ensure high standards of care and compliance. Qualifications: PH.d or RN or LCSW or LPC or CMHC or FNP from an accredited institution. Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Hawaii. Proven experience in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions using the DSM-5. Knowledge of ESA and PSA regulations under the ADA and HUD. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient confidentiality. Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in providing telehealth services. Previous experience writing prescription letters for ESAs or PSAs. Additional certifications or training in animal-assisted therapy.
