Provider Database Coordinator

Position Purpose: Under supervision, the Provider Database Coordinator ensures the accuracy and completeness of provider data as reflected in Health Net’s databases, systems and provider directory. This position works collaboratively with providers, Network Management and Provider Data Services staff to ensure Health Net provider data is current and accurate. Duties include identifying, researching and resolving inconsistent data. - Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of Health Net provider data. - Enters provider data according to established department standards. - Reconciles data from various data file types to ensure quality results for internal and external customer bases. Works with provider offices to assure accuracy of provider data. - Responds to inquiries and issues related to provider data coming directly from providers and other Network Management staff. If necessary, appropriately and timely refer issues to Network Management staff. - Works with providers and Provider Relations staff to capture and process provider demographic changes. This includes changes received via mail, fax, electronic or from other sources. - May prepare Inquiry Service Form (ISF) for demographic changes and submits to Provider Data Services for loading in accordance with standard turnaround times. - Communicates appropriate information/changes to providers to allow to enable timely and accurate claim payment. Conducts ongoing monitoring of provider database including data on facilities and physicians. - Ensures provider directories are current and accurate. - Facilitates or assists with special projects and other initiatives to ensure provider data is complete and accurate. - May participate in training and educational activities for providers and internal customers. Education/Experience: High School diploma required; some college level coursework desirable. Three years general data management experience in an automated claims processing, claims research, or provider maintenance environment. Two years experience in provider relations, provider contracting; health plan operations or health care/medical office environment. Candidates must be in the Southern California region to be considered for this position. This is a remote position that also requires occasional travel for in-person meetings in the Woodland Hills, CA office. Pay Range: $19.43 - $32.98 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility. Job Description Settlement Analyst processes incoming wires and settlements as their priority; assists with funding duties as needed.Word Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Processes receipt and settlement of incoming wires from investors and return wires from closing agents; follows up with clients for missing Purchase Advises or wire discrepancies; notifies Treasury Desk of any incoming wires >$5MM. - Works with FHLB, Wire Desk, IT, Accounting and Treasury as needed to resolve issues. - Helps maintain department Settlement procedures. - Responds timely with research and resolution of GL outages reported by Accounting. - Receives, reviews and performs quality review on loans submitted by clients for funding, in accordance with Origin Bank and Warehouse Lending policies and procedures. - Authorizes loans to go forward for funding approval based on criteria provided, or escalates all questionable findings, issues or exception requests to management. - Helps maintain department Funding procedures. - Processes additional wires per client request. - Processes transfer of funds from Client DDA accounts to process Originator Participations and additional wires/manual advances. - Performs pre- and post-funding quality control reviews in accordance with Warehouse Lending policies and procedures. - Processes originator payoffs and curtailments as requested. - Monitors Bot processing of daily posting of Originator Participations and settlement residual funds to Client DDA accounts; emails Participation Statement to Participating Banks when completed. - Adds/updates WLS User information & provides installation instructions for clients; Updates Master Client List; Resets passwords per client request. - Verifies settlement agent wire instructions/CPL/insurance coverage and sets up new agents in WLS. - Responds timely to Wire Desk requests and OFAC verifications. - Monitors expiration dates for Client E&O/Fidelity Bond and State Licenses; Obtains current policies from clients and updates WLS as required. - Processes internal “swings” from one warehouse line to another for client-to-client purchases, OTC modifications, and sublimit moves; notifies team to update collateral status. - Runs Daily Disbursement report/checks Fed Ref #'s/sends 'Done for the Day' email to Warehouse Lending, Wire Desk & Mortgage Accounting. - Responds timely to client emails concerning information requests, quality control documentation, return wires, funding cancellations, updates, wire confirmations, etc. - If responsible, may board new clients in WLS, add business rules, add users, link to products, closing agents & investors; distribute login credentials. - If responsible, may update client info due to renewals, extensions, amendments, bulges, exception approvals - If responsible, processes monthly interest payments for OTC, IML sublimit loans. - If responsible, processes all OTC funding and draws in the absence of the Mortgage One Time Closing Manager, or to assist with heavy volume. - Cross-trains with the Shipping team or other areas where the Warehouse Lending Operations Manager sees the opportunity for continuing training or support. - Trains new Warehouse Lending employees and new Clients as needed. - Attends industry events, representing Origin Bank Warehouse Lending Department in a professional manner.
