Law Firm Operations & Support Associate

PERSUIT

The Delivery team plays a critical role in connecting PERSUIT’s corporate clients with their law firms through the Apperio platform—ensuring seamless onboarding, reliable data delivery, and a strong user experience. The Role We are hiring a Law Firm Operations & Support Associate to join our Delivery team at PERSUIT. In this role, you will help connect law firms, corporate clients, and our technology, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and reliable data delivery across the platform. You will guide law firms through onboarding, support early adoption of Apperio, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, operations, and legal teams. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and collaborating across teams, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow at the intersection of legal operations and technology. Key Responsibilities Law Firm Onboarding Lead and manage onboarding for law firms joining the platform. You will initially observe and co-lead onboarding engagements before progressing to independently managing multiple implementations. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with law firm contacts across IT, operations, and legal leadership to drive engagement and ensure timely participation in onboarding activities. Platform Configuration & Data Delivery Configure law firm setups and ensure accurate, timely data delivery through the platform. Technical Support Respond to and resolve inbound support tickets across the Apperio and PERSUIT platforms, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams as needed. Operational Improvement Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, documentation, and workflows as the function continues to scale. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the onboarding and support experience. This role is open to U.S.-based candidates only. While the position is remote, we have a strong preference for candidates located in New York. Candidates must have current, valid work authorization in the country where the role is based. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide sponsorship for visas or work permits at this time.

Job Requirements

  • Experience & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in a professional environment such as consulting, professional services, operations, customer success, project coordination, or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology platforms
  • Experience using tools like Excel for organizing or analyzing data; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus
  • Experience working with external stakeholders or clients, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in legal operations, legal technology, SaaS, or client delivery environments is a plus
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools
