Position Overview We’re searching for a Bilingual Implementation Business Consultant to join our Onboarding & Success Services team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on helping agencies successfully transition their operational workflows into Applied Epic, ensuring teams can efficiently manage policy lifecycle activities, service processes, quoting workflows, and client engagement. What You’ll Do - Assist customers in transitioning operational workflows into Applied Epic, including policy management, servicing, and front-office processes - Support clients with making configuration decisions related to operational workflows, automation, and user adoption within Epic - Work with customers to gather requirements, assess operational needs, and provide guidance on best practices for agency workflows and processes - Help agencies optimize their policy lifecycle management, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and service workflows - Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations and successful outcomes - Partner with project leadership and other team members to ensure completion of all deliverables across the project lifecycle - Build strong, productive relationships with customers and keep them on track toward achieving mutual goals - Maintain a strong working knowledge of Applied Epic front-office capabilities, including workflows, activities, automation, and user adoption strategies - Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, tasks completed, project status, and action items - Manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction - Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of company products, usage, and other features We’re Excited to Learn More About You Your experience may include: - 5+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage operational role, such as account management, servicing, or client support - 2+ years working with Applied Epic or similar agency management software - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Bilingual in English and French You may have other skills or credentials, including: - Strong understanding of insurance agency workflows and service processes - Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects concurrently - Ability to guide customers through process improvements and workflow optimization We know that talent comes from all backgrounds and experience levels. In this agronomist type position, you will be responsible for one-on-one farm site visits, identifying and evaluating marginally productive cropland using agriculture technology, making maps and plans to improve areas on the farm, identifying & presenting grants and cost share opportunities, and monitoring project success. Organizing and hosting workshops, field days, and other outreach efforts for public and professional audiences will further support farmer recruitment and is highly recommended. Building and maintaining professional relationships within the agriculture community is paramount. You will be a Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever employee based out of a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Service Center with regular travel within a ten-county coverage area. Overnight travel will be required. *Once the candidate is trained and working independently, telework is allowable up to fifty percent of the time or as negotiated between candidate and manager.
