How you'll make an impact Supervise: Lead and encourage a Workers Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service. Promote Best Practices: Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with GB’s Best Practices. Drive Talent: Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Manage Workloads: Define team goals, motivate performance, and effectively manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency. Client Communication: Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Claim Specialist to help our clients navigate insurance with confidence. This role is critical to the claim lifecycle from submission to resolution and plays a key part in shaping the tools we use every day. As a Claim Specialist at DayDream, you won’t just process claims. You’ll help design the future of how we do it by working closely with our software engineering team to fine-tune internal tools and make our platform even better.
