Security Consultant II
Akamai Technologies
• Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to understand customer use cases and tuning solutions to meet client needs • Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of solution delivery • Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged • Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery • Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables
Job Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field or its equivalent
- Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
- Show understanding of working with network technologies, web security or media related technologies, methodologies and/or architectures
- Demonstrate experience with internet protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL
- Demonstrate experience in delivering technical projects with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Have achieved or be interested in obtaining cyber security credentials such as Security+, SSCP, GSEC or others
