• Assist with the development and implementation and modernization of an existing platform consistent with enterprise architecture reference standards. • Work closely with the technical team and leadership to actively identify and log technical issues or risks associated with a project, escalating them, as appropriate, and possibly support the implementation of mitigation strategies for risk prevention and timely resolution. • You will have the opportunity to contribute on an individual basis as well as demonstrate your strengths as a team player.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 15+ years of experience in Full stack development in Java/Grails
- Experience in an Agile team environment
- Experience with SaaS solution delivery
- Experience with migration and modernization of large scale software products
- Experience developing cloud ready solutions
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.

About the roleWe're looking for a Senior Full-stack engineer to join our CRM/Workflow team as we aim to make Circle the top choice for creator/brand-led communities. You'll be working on features related to CRM, member sign-up/authentication, workflow automations and helping our members connect with each other. In this role, you will partake in all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial task definition to final deployment. As a senior engineer, you'll break down large epics into actionable tasks, follow through with development and testing, review PRs, push updates to production, and gradually release behind feature flags.
