Finance & Accounting Analyst
Revry
• Support the day-to-day accounting operations of the business, including: • Assist with general ledger activity, journal entries, and monthly close processes • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, including vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and account monitoring • Review account balances and help ensure financial statement accuracy • Work with vendors and customers to resolve billing, payment, or reconciliation questions • Maintain organized documentation and records supporting financial transactions • Help support financial visibility and reporting across the organization. • Assist with financial reporting for executive leadership and board materials • Support development and maintenance of financial forecasts, budgets, and operating models • Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for internal reporting • Help maintain accurate reporting across the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements • Analyze financial data to help identify trends, operational insights, and reporting needs • Help improve and maintain financial infrastructure as the company grows. • Assist with maintaining financial systems and workflows across accounting platforms and internal tools • Support documentation and improvement of accounting and finance processes • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to provide financial data, reporting, and operational support • Help ensure financial workflows remain organized, efficient, and scalable
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, or corporate finance (internships included)
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience preparing presentations or financial summaries in PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and collaborative data environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms is preferred
- Experience working in media, technology, startups, or venture-backed companies is a plus but not required.

Role Description The Workday Financials Lead provides functional leadership for the design, implementation, and stabilization of Workday Financial Management as part of an integrated enterprise ecosystem. - Ensures that Workday Financials functions as the institution’s financial system of record. - Supports complex sponsored research administration, state reporting, and compliance requirements. - Defines integration patterns, data ownership, and governance across systems. - Operates in a multi-system environment with an emphasis on long-term scalability. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in financial systems, ERP implementations, or financial operations within a large, R1 higher education institution. - Hands-on experience leading or significantly contributing to a Workday Financial Management implementation. - Hands-on experience with Workday FDM design. - Deep understanding of core financial processes and controls. - Experience operating in a matrixed, highly governed environment with diverse stakeholders. - Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
