About the Role Millions of people rely on government websites and applications to access critical services like healthcare, housing, and financial support. But when those tools are slow, confusing, or difficult to use, it can make essential tasks feel impossible. As a Frontend Developer at Friends, you will help change that. You will build fast, accessible, and reliable interfaces that help people complete important tasks with confidence. You will work closely with designers, researchers, and backend engineers to bring user-centered digital experiences to life.

• Source and select compelling U.S.-based clips, viral videos, trending news segments, and cultural moments to react to • Record authentic, high-energy reaction videos in English with consistent audio and lighting quality • Maintain your animated avatar or snapshot filter overlay throughout recordings for a consistent faceless on-screen persona • Deliver strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds of every video to maximize retention • Produce multiple videos per day on a consistent, reliable schedule • Perform basic video editing: cuts, captions, zooms, and pacing adjustments using CapCut or similar tools • Organize and submit final files using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) • Track deliverables and flag performance patterns when required • Implement feedback quickly and iterate based on content performance data

The Front-End Developer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for Gatemaster's clients and their end users. This role requires a strong understanding of web development technologies and a keen eye for design. Responsibilities - As a UI/UX expert advise and recommend the best UI/UX patterns for application UI development (existing and new). - Design and develop innovative and user-friendly web interfaces. - Collaborate with designers and other developers to create exceptional user experiences. - Develop responsive code that is optimized for various devices and screen sizes. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern client-side technologies. - Stay up to date on the latest web development trends and best practices. - Assist with customer issues including debugging legacy application code. Qualifications - 5+ years architecting and coding UI/UX enterprise-level applications. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies. - Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React). - Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. - Expert level knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices. - Familiarity with server-side technologies including .NET, C#, Azure-based services, SQL Server, and GIS is a plus - Familiarity with ticketing software is a plus - Ability to work independently and remotely and as part of a team. - Easy going personality, willingness to make mistakes and try new idea.
