Role Description Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for an A/R Contracts Coordinator (100% Remote – US Based only). Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2 This role supports, monitors, and tracks contract milestones, payment triggers, and the resulting billings to Pharma partners across the Pathology customer areas. Responsibilities include: - Providing support for financial oversight for revenue forecasting and analysis. - Assisting the subject matter expert to develop accurate revenue and financial dashboards to drive insights, identify gaps, and compare contract terms across the portfolio to improve costs and performance. - Helping automate and drive towards effective process solutions. - Working on aged invoices in this A/R driven role. - Utilizing hands-on advanced MS Excel experience. Additional skills include: - Providing contract term input for tracking support and invoicing recordation for actual and forecast activity. - Offering tool support and necessary inputs for business processes involving the PHCS lifecycle and Pharma initiatives. - Supporting local Change Management processes related to contract management. - Delivering data and insights both verbally and in writing, involving external stakeholders where applicable. - Updating departmental systems with current and accurate information. - Playing a supporting role in developing, recommending, implementing, and providing standardized and ad hoc contract management tools. - Soliciting internal and external business partner/stakeholder input to ensure reporting meets stakeholder needs and objectives. - Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate metrics.
