Role Description The Variance and Data Administrator is responsible for variance review and resolution. - Review Bswift, variance audit log, variance report, and carrier billing to identify the cause. - Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift. - Update variance audit log, variance report, and internal spreadsheets. - Email billing team if employee deduction is affected. - Additional tasks as assigned.
