Role Description At EquipmentShare, we’re hiring a Strategy Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote. - Own the intersection of strategy and communications by partnering with executive leadership and data analytics to design and produce clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for external channels like investor relations, financial reporting, and our national account salesforce. - Collect, validate, and synthesize data from multiple sources into concise, executive-ready conclusions. - Partner with analytics teams to generate impactful, fact-based insights. - Create charts, exhibits, and visualizations that effectively communicate data, insights, and recommendations. - Ensure presentations align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards. - Create, maintain, and update internal presentation templates and libraries. Qualifications - Exceptional ability to create work product-focused materials, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and other written and print deliverables. - Attentive to detail and able to simplify complex information. - Strong visual design sense (layout, typography, color, hierarchy). - Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different channels and audiences. - Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership; resourceful, proactive, and outcome-oriented. - Versatile and capable across multiple functional areas; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapts swiftly to shifting priorities, even under tight timelines or with limited notice. Requirements - High school degree, required; bachelor's degree preferred. - At least 4 years of work experience. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Google Slides, Adobe, InDesign, Anaplan a plus. - Must be able to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time. They will be responsible for reporting data for Crisis Ops to VCL leadership and the Office of Suicide Prevention with daily, weekly and monthly reports on new employees, precepting, supervision, performance monitors and more. - Conducts reviews and analyses of Clinical Ops functions/programs. - Gathers, develops and interprets data from available information systems. - Utilizes all VCL data resources to develop an understanding of how databases and reports are organized. - Provides data tracking and interpretation across teams and shifts regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Serves as clinical operation liaison between Clinical Ops and the data analytic team. - Develops and maintains templates and formats for Clinical Ops leadership. - Completes agenda and minutes for ad-hoc meetings and cascades this information throughout Clinical Ops. - Submits notes and minutes to the meeting facilitator for review, approval, and dissemination. - Actively schedules, updates, and monitors the status of tasks and/or projects assigned to members of clinical operations staff members. - Reports challenges to deadline adherence to Assistant Deputy Directors. - Communicates and tracks daily outcomes, including KPIs, meetings, and schedule coverage. - Tracks all suspense items within the responsibility of Clinical Ops or as assigned. - Provides organizational support to the Division Directors and Team Operations Coordinators. - Performs other duties as assigned.
