Accountabilities: - Manage contract lifecycle processes, including repository maintenance, templates, execution tracking, and metadata archiving to ensure compliance. - Support the legal team by addressing internal and external requests, distributing departmental communications, and coordinating project initiatives. - Develop, maintain, and report on dashboards and performance metrics to track productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions. - Administer and optimize legal technology systems, including CLM tools, CRM platforms, and management software, providing guidance to users as needed. - Assist in project management for legal initiatives, ensuring timely completion and seamless coordination across teams.
