Job Description
HUD Commercial Loan Processor
Wealthy Group of Companies LLC
Are you ready to be part of a fast-moving, results-driven lending operation that values precision, speed, and collaboration? We’re a private, direct capital lender delivering structured financing solutions across the United States. Our team thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and a culture that rewards high performers. Last year, our team closed 70 HUD-insured deals, and we’re only accelerating from here. Every loan we process is an opportunity to make a tangible impact for clients, investors, and communities. As a HUD Commercial Loan Processor, you’ll be at the heart of every transaction, ensuring files are complete, compliant, and moving smoothly through the pipeline. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our deals on track and our clients happy — all while working fully remote from anywhere in the country. This is more than a traditional processing role. You’ll be managing the end-to-end flow of HUD-insured loans, coordinating with underwriters, loan officers, and clients to make sure every document, verification, and requirement is completed accurately and on time. You’ll ensure each loan meets HUD guidelines and internal standards while helping your team close deals efficiently. This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while remaining a central part of a high-performing, deal-focused team. You’ll have ownership of your workflow, visibility into a high-volume pipeline, and the opportunity to influence process improvements that make the team even stronger. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated by seeing results in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do - Manage HUD loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness - Review and verify documentation including income, assets, and employment - Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, brokers, and clients to resolve questions or missing information - Track deadlines and ensure files are submitted on schedule to meet closing dates - Maintain detailed records of loan status and prepare updates for team members and management - Ensure strict adherence to HUD guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies - Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality - Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and problem-solving ideas - Stay current on HUD guidelines, industry trends, and emerging practices that impact loan processing What We’re Looking For - Required: Proven hands-on experience processing HUD-insured loans (particularly Section 232 or similar healthcare programs), with demonstrated expertise in the healthcare sector — especially skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of loans simultaneously - Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders clearly and professionally - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high expectations for accuracy and timeliness - A team player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and share best practices Compensation & Upside - $80,000 – $90,000 per year - Performance-based bonus opportunities for high performers - Fully remote — work from anywhere in the U.S. - Opportunity to grow within a high-volume, deal-focused HUD lending team - Work on meaningful transactions that directly impact clients and communities Why This Role Rocks: You’ll be at the center of HUD lending operations, playing a crucial role in every loan we close. With a high-volume pipeline, bonus potential, and a supportive remote team, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, process ownership, and seeing real results. You’ll gain visibility into the entire HUD loan process, contribute to process improvements, and be part of a team that consistently closes deals and drives growth.
