• Liderar la ejecución técnica y escalar la infraestructura de datos. • Actuar como mentor de un equipo de Data Engineers y Analytics Engineers. • Colaborar con equipos de pagos y atención al cliente. • Supervisar el ciclo de vida de la información desde la ingesta hasta el consumo. • Optimizar rendimiento y eficiencia de costos en el Data Warehouse. • Implementar políticas de gobierno de datos.

Job Requirements

  • Mínimo de 7+ años de experiencia en Ingeniería de Datos.
  • Al menos 2+ años liderando iniciativas técnicas.
  • Nivel experto en SQL y Python.
  • Amplia experiencia práctica en pipelines ETL/ELT complejos.
  • Sólido conocimiento práctico de plataformas de datos en la nube, preferentemente GCP.
  • Sólida comprensión de las problemáticas relacionadas a pagos.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
