Senior Strategic Value Analyst – Platform Administrator
E-Verify Program
• Serve as the internal owner of the project planning and portfolio management platform • Administer and configure platform functionality supporting: Business cases and initiative tracking, Financial data (budget, forecast, actuals), KPIs and performance metrics, Milestones and delivery status • Manage system configuration, data structures, and platform standards • Design and maintain role-based access, permissions, and system controls • Own user provisioning, access changes, and platform governance • Partner with the external vendor (product owner) to test, evaluate, and implement new platform features • Participate in pilots, upgrades, and new solution rollouts • Validate vendor-delivered capabilities against business and reporting needs • Act as the primary internal point of contact for vendor support and enhancements • Build dashboards and reports within the platform to support operational and executive decision-making • Translate financial, KPI, and initiative data into clear, actionable visualizations • Enable and support integrations with BI tools such as Power BI • Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across platform and BI outputs • Design and support integrations between the platform and external systems using APIs or data feeds • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure reliable and scalable integrations • Identify opportunities to improve platform usability, reporting, and efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
- Experience as a Platform Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role
- Strong understanding of role-based access control and system configuration
- Experience building dashboards and reports within a platform or analytics tool
- Ability to learn complex business processes and translate them into system solutions
- Strong analytical, testing, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
