Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Position Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) for a full-time telehealth opportunity in Maryland. This role is focused on helping clients work through relationship issues, family stress, communication barriers, emotional concerns, and other mental health needs in a virtual setting. You will play a key role in delivering structured therapy, maintaining clinical records, and supporting measurable progress over time. Responsibilities - Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families - Assess presenting concerns and establish appropriate treatment goals - Create, maintain, and update clinical documentation and treatment plans - Support clients through relational, emotional, and behavioral challenges - Apply evidence-based interventions that fit the client’s needs and goals - Maintain professional, ethical, and legal standards in telehealth care - Monitor progress and make clinical adjustments when needed - Collaborate with other professionals or referral sources when appropriate
Job Requirements
- Active Maryland LCMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline
- Clinical experience working with couples, families, or individuals
- Strong understanding of family systems and therapeutic interventions
- Experience with telehealth or willingness to work fully remotely
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Sound judgment and professional communication skills
- Available for a full-time Monday through Friday schedule
