Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Maryland. This role focuses on providing direct clinical care, helping clients manage mental health challenges, improve daily functioning, and build practical coping strategies. The day-to-day work includes therapy sessions, clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing progress evaluation in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities - Provide telehealth therapy sessions to adult, adolescent, or family populations - Complete clinical assessments and establish appropriate treatment plans - Document sessions, client progress, and care recommendations in a timely manner - Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns - Adjust interventions based on presentation, response to treatment, and goals - Maintain compliance with licensing, privacy, and documentation standards - Communicate clearly with clients and, when needed, with other care providers - Manage a full-time caseload with consistency and professionalism
Job Requirements
- Active Maryland LCSW-C license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health support
- Strong knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment planning
- Experience or comfort working in a remote care environment
- Strong written documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain clinical boundaries virtually
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
