Job Description Campaign Execution & Systems Management - Support host-read and branded podcast campaigns from kickoff through completion, facilitating the production of ads - Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals in AirTable and internal systems - Flag risks or delays and ensure campaigns stay on schedule - Identify opportunities to streamline operations Seller & Internal Communication - Support managing the Podcast Ads inbox - Coordinate across Audio, Partnerships, external sellers, and production partners to communicate campaign status and drive open items to resolutions Ad Script Development - Draft and revise host-read scripts aligned with brand messaging and show voice - Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage version control Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in podcasting, digital media, or ad operations - Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills required - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with AirTable and Google Workspace preferred Additional Information Hourly Rate: $25.00 Time commitment: 20-30 hours/week (Max). Role Description The Lock Desk Associate will assist with rate lock management, pipeline monitoring, lock extensions and changes, and maintaining accurate pricing data within the company’s pricing engine. This position provides strong exposure to mortgage capital markets and secondary marketing operations and offers growth opportunities into pricing, analytics, and capital markets roles.
