About the Role: The Claims Account Manager / Claims Field Consultant is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention through high-quality service and proactive consultation. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned customers’ claims organizations, helping them optimize workflows, understand industry trends, and maximize the value of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products. You will partner closely with Vertical Account Managers and internal teams to support client-specific service plans that drive retention and revenue growth. This role requires strong relationship management skills, the ability to work independently in a remote environment, and a willingness to travel up to 50% or more based on client needs. Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with claims offices within an assigned client base, serving as a primary point of contact for service needs. - Partnering with Vertical Account Managers to develop and execute client-specific service plans that support revenue growth and retention. - Analyzing industry trends, competitive threats, and client product usage to develop strategic recommendations for customers. - Reviewing customer product usage data to identify opportunities for additional value, efficiency, and targeted user training. - Conducting on-site and virtual Claims Workflow Observations to understand client processes and recommend appropriate LexisNexis Risk Solutions products. - Delivering on-site and remote service engagements, including webinars and in-person visits, to support client success. - Providing competitive intelligence by identifying alternative solutions clients may be using and sharing insights internally. - Preparing and delivering product training sessions for claims professionals, both virtually and in person, to audiences of varying sizes. - Documenting client interactions and follow-up actions in LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ CRM system to ensure consistent, high-quality service. - Troubleshooting product and service-related concerns and coordinating resolutions with internal business partners. - Proactively promoting new product offerings to existing clients through calls, emails, and social media outreach. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of auto claims experience, preferably with leadership, training, consulting, or account management responsibilities. - Insurance or claims professional designations such as AIC, ARM, CPCU, SCLA, CCLA, or similar are strongly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision and a strong work ethic. - Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to groups and developing training materials. - Proven customer relationship management experience and consultative mindset. - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong Excel data analysis skills (pivot tables, spreadsheets). - Able to travel 25% at minimum, with willingness to travel up to 50% or more, based on client needs.
